1. ASSESSMENT AND INSPECTION
One of our experienced building inspectors will do a full inspection of the property in line with the requirements, specifications, and regulations. Building inspectors check on compliance of a building under construction with the building code. Once construction is complete, a building must be maintained in accordance with the current fire code, which is enforced by the fire prevention officers of a local fire department.
Once we have done a full inspection, we will send you a quote within 36 hours. Once approved, we will move onto the design and planning phase
2. Design and Planning
Complete engineering design, including specifications, plans, layouts, and calculations. We offer our clients and consultants solutions complying with the National Building Regulations and The ASIB (Automatic Sprinkler Inspection Bureau). Custom design fire protection solutions are essential when designing new buildings or renovations to prevent dangerous and costly disasters.
Buildings must be constructed in accordance with the version of the building code that is in effect when an application for a building permit is made.

3. INSTALLATION
In order to protect your business’s property and ensure the safety of its occupants, the proper installation of
your fire protection systems is vitally important.
Our experienced project managers and on-site technicians will install the fire protection systems according
to the regulations set out by ASIB, the NFPA and the national Building Regulations Act.
4. MAINTENANCE
Once construction is complete, a building must be maintained in accordance with the current fire code,
which is enforced by the fire prevention officers of a local fire department. To ensure the components of a
fire protection system are always in proper working condition, all maintenance carried out will be followed up
with a report and to bring faults to the client’s attention.
